On Tuesday 29 May join Sussex Wildlife Trust (SWT) and follow a smuggler’s trail over the hills to discover what treasures have been washed up on the beach at Seven Sisters Country Park (SSCP).
Down on the shore at Cuckmere Haven, once a notorious smuggling haunt, collect your own treasures and create a smuggler’s sculpture made out of pebbles and driftwood.
The event runs from 10:30-13:00 and is suitable for 7-12 year olds. Meet at the Pump Barn (behind the Visitor Centre) at SSCP near Seaford.
Disabled access to barn. No disabled access over the hills. Wheelchair access to the beach. Disabled toilet.
Public transport to SSCP includes Bus 12 & 13 between Brighton and Eastbourne stopping at the country park and Seaford railway station links with bus service to SSCP.
Cost for members: Adults £2 /children £3 /family ticket £8. Non-members: Adults £3 /children £4 /family ticket £12.
