EVENTS BOOKING AND INFORMATION
Booking information
- For all booking events please ring 01273 497561 unless otherwise stated. Credit card payments can be accepted for Sussex Wildlife Trust events on this number.
- Bookings will be held for seven working days until payment is received. After this time places may be reallocated.
- Family tickets consist of two adults and up to three children. Any extra children will pay the individual child price.
- Concessions relate to people on state pensions, in receipt of state benefits and students.
- Occasionally we may have to cancel or change an event, if so all those who have booked will be contacted and full refund given.
Events information
- Leaders will always be present at the start of each event. If the weather is poor, they will decide on the day whether to proceed.
- Many of the walks and events are free unless otherwise stated, but donations are appreciated.
- All the family are welcome. Please check to see if dogs are allowed at a particular event.
- Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time, but please note that you attend events at your own risk.
- Please wear suitable clothing for the time of year and ensure adequate protection against the sun.
- For family events all children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Family events are suitable for children aged between 5 and 12; accompanying younger siblings are free, unless otherwise stated.

- Seven Sisters Country Park (SSCP), Exceat, nr Seaford – Bus 12 & 13 between Brighton and Eastbourne stops at SSCP. Seaford railway station links with bus service to SSCP.
- Stanmer Park, Brighton – Bus 24 & 25 from Brighton stops outside Stanmer Park. Bus 78 into the park. Under a mile to Falmer train station.
- Rye Harbour – Bus 325 from Rye Village.
