This course is designed for individuals wishing to assist with the delivery of a forest school programme.
A forest school is an inspirational process that offers children, young people and adults of all abilities regular opportunities to gain confidence and raise self-worth through a series of hands-on learning experiences in school grounds and local woodlands.

Course requirements
Participants should have experience of working with young people or adults.
All participants must be CRB checked.

- Forest school assistant skills
- Forest school learning and development support
Commitments
- Four days (9:30 –17:00)
- Assist with the delivery of six forest school sessions
- A completed portfolio of tasks which must be submitted within one year of the start of the course.
