Using the school grounds as a resource to deliver the National Curriculum and beyond

• Explore specific techniques e.g. of identification, environmental games and investigations

• Consider ways that these techniques can be integrated into individual practice across the curriculum

• Reflect on the role of Education for Sustainable Development throughout the school

• Start the process of formulating plans for developing a whole school approach to using the outdoors in many areas of the curriculum
  

The day will be arranged to meet the individual school's needs, with an emphasis on interactive learning. It is also a chance for the staff to get together in a beautiful setting and to have fun!
