EMPLOYEE VOLUNTEERING
Many companies find our corporate volunteering days offer fantastic team-building and staff development opportunities. These days give your staff the chance to take part in important conservation work on our glorious nature reserves. Whether it is an informal team-building day or simply the chance for your staff to get together and put something back into the community, we always welcome extra pairs of hands.
Typically these days run from autumn to early spring and could involve scrub bashing, reedfen raking, clearing young birch and bracken, building bonfires or ragwort pulling.
Then there’s our Forest Schools programme which offers an alternative team building experience. Learn traditional bush craft skills in safe, relaxed, non-competitive environment far from the stresses of the office.
Involve and motivate your staff by taking part in our employee volunteering opportunities. Enjoy the stimulation and sense of achievement of working outdoors on one of our reserves or learn traditional bush craft skills as part of our Forest Schools programmes
